How do I stay in the know?

Important updates are headed your way

  • Plan renewal email: Late October - Your new plan details for 2025.
  • Renewal overview email: Early November – A summary of your new plan and benefits. Be sure to update your Marketplace application if you've had a change in your income this year.
  • Member ID card: Late November to mid-December -  Your ticket to care in 2025. Tip: You can find your ID card on the member website starting November 1.
  • Welcome information: Early 2025 - Everything you need to get started with your new plan.
